I'm a UC Irvine graduate with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis in marketing, and double-minor in Sociology and Film & Media studies. I am originally from the Bay Area where I was exposed to creativity and diversity, enabling my burning passions for leadership, empowerment, & art.
My overall goal is to incorporate my passions into a career that inspires and uplift others through visual storytelling and community. I am always trying to challenge myself to grow by being open-minded, expanding my knowledge, and diversifying my experiences.
On a personal level, I love discovering new music, supporting small/local businesses, and going on road trips.

Where Life Lead Me
HOW IT STARTED
Technology has been in my family through generations. Back in Vietnam, my grandparents met while both working for IBM. From there began the start of their family, and later led to their transition to a foreign land nearly eight thousand miles away from home.
Fast forward to 2008, my grandfather gifted me my first laptop: a bubblegum pink Vaio laptop that probably weighed more than my 9 year old self. That moment began the start of my journey. With the early emergence of the internet, a young curious girl would eventually spend way too much of her free time discovering programs like Photoshop and Sony Vegas, browsing Youtube for tutorials, and experimenting with technology. At 12 years old, I eventually taught myself how to code and design through my deep interest of Tumblr themes. I loved being able to create a world in a digital space. Design is how my inner-child comes out!
Throughout my life, I have always been enthralled by design and the ways we as humans interact in connection. I am originally from the Bay Area where I was exposed to creativity and diversity, enabling my burning passions for leadership, empowerment, & art/design. As a result, my background and deep fascination makes me aware of how design appears all around us in our everyday world which constantly influences how we experience and understand everything we engage with. Design is a valuable aspect in reflecting the messages we want to share through the power of style, expression, and interaction.
