An intensive 17-week long boot camp dedicated to UI/UX. Skills learned consist of Figma/Adobe XD, “Double diamond” design thinking, Wire framing and prototyping, User interface usability and accessibility testing, RWD principles for user-centered interactions.

  • Lead, train, and manage team of 15 coordinators responsible for outreach, volunteer recruitment, development, operations, and marketing by coordinating communications, resource sharing across 11 collegiate chapters, asset management, and stewardship    

  • Manage $75,000 budget and supervise all programming, activities, staff and volunteers during week-long summer camp 

  • Researched 30+ local community partners, school districts, and hospitals in the LA/Orange County area for outreach efforts through e-mail and informational sessions to increase camper recruitment by ~150% and to build and steward community relationships

  • Succeeded in helping the district raise $88K for Syrian Refugees and serve a total of 57K hours of community service

  • Led multiple hour-long workshops for district events that hosted 200 to 4,000 Interactors in the Bay Area to educate other high schoolers about community, professionalism, time and stress management, and photography
